BODYCOMBAT is a fun, powerful cardio workout that will give you a great workout while also reducing stress and increasing your heart rate. Martial arts such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi, and Muay Thai have a great effect on this lively session, which is offered throughout our Fitness & Wellbeing area. You will punch and kick your way to fitness in a BODYCOMBAT exercise, burning up to 570 calories** in the process. This high-intensity martial-arts practice is completely non-contact, and there are no difficult manoeuvres to learn. A LES MILLSTM instructor will push you to increase the intensity and encourage you to get the most out of each session. You'll feel great, relieve tension, and have a great time.
